Money-Back Guarantee Terms

Last updated: 9 March 2026

The Promise: If your visa application is refused for a reason that our audit report assessed as "Compliant", we refund your entire audit fee. Conditions apply. See below for full details.

1. What Is Covered

Our guarantee applies when all of the following conditions are met: you purchased an audit from Accurate Visa and received a completed audit report, you submitted your visa application after receiving the report, your visa application was refused by the relevant immigration authority, the stated reason for refusal corresponds to a section of your application that our report assessed as "Compliant", and you followed the recommendations in our report for all sections classified as "Advisory" or "Action Required" before submitting.

The refund covers the base audit fee only. The following are non refundable regardless of outcome: the processing fee ($5, $10, or $15 depending on tier) which covers payment gateway and operational costs, and any Priority ($49) or Super Priority ($99) turnaround surcharges which cover the cost of dedicated solicitor time slots.

2. How to Claim

To claim a refund under the guarantee, email customer@accuratevisa.com within 30 days of your visa refusal with: a copy of the official refusal letter or notice issued by the immigration authority (not a screenshot of an online portal status, but the formal refusal document), your audit reference number, and a brief statement identifying which "Compliant" assessed section the refusal relates to.

We will review your claim within 7 working days. If the claim is valid, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days of approval.

3. What Is NOT Covered

The guarantee does not cover refusals based on:

Interview performance. If your visa requires an interview (e.g. US B1/B2 consular interview), the officer's assessment of your in-person answers, demeanour, and credibility is outside the scope of a document audit. Our audit covers the written application only.

Officer discretion and subjective credibility assessments. Immigration officers exercise broad discretionary powers. A refusal based on the officer's subjective assessment that you are not a genuine visitor/student/worker, where this assessment is not linked to a specific deficiency in your documents, is not covered.

Immigration policy changes after the audit date. If rules, financial thresholds, document requirements, or visa processing procedures change between the date of our audit and the date of your application decision, our audit cannot account for those changes.

Information not disclosed to us. Our audit is based on the documents and information you provide. If your application is refused because of information you did not share with us (previous visa refusals, overstays, criminal records, undisclosed travel history, or any other material fact), the guarantee does not apply.

Issues classified as "Advisory" or "Action Required" that were not addressed. If our report identified an issue and you submitted your application without addressing it, the guarantee does not apply to a refusal based on that issue.

Forged or fraudulent documents. If any document you submitted to us or to the immigration authority is forged, fabricated, or materially misleading, the guarantee is void in its entirety.

Applications not submitted as audited. If you materially altered your application after our audit (changed answers, added or removed documents, modified your cover letter or SOP), the guarantee does not apply. Minor formatting changes are acceptable.

4. Verification

We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of all refusal documentation submitted with a guarantee claim. We may request additional documentation to process your claim. If we determine that a refusal letter or supporting documentation has been fabricated or altered, the guarantee claim will be denied and we may terminate your access to our services permanently.

5. One Claim Per Audit

Each audit purchase is entitled to one guarantee claim. If your visa is refused and you receive a refund, you may purchase a new audit for a subsequent application at the standard rate.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment (USD or INR).

7. Disputes

If your guarantee claim is denied and you disagree with our assessment, you may request a written explanation of the denial. If the matter cannot be resolved, the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service apply.
