Accurate Visa provides visa application audit and review services. We review your draft visa application and supporting documents against applicable immigration rules and provide a written report identifying potential issues. Our service is an audit and advisory service. We do not submit visa applications on your behalf, guarantee visa approval, or act as your immigration representative before any government authority unless separately agreed in writing.
All audits are conducted or supervised by Santosh Pandey, qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales (SRA number 641612, regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority) and an Advocate of India (enrolled with the Bar Council of India). The service is provided through P&Y Law Offices. Please note: P&Y Law Offices is not authorised by the SRA. SRA regulatory protections (including the SRA Compensation Fund) apply to work done by Santosh Pandey in his capacity as an SRA regulated solicitor, not to the firm itself.
Upon completion of your audit, you will receive a PDF report assessing each section of your visa application as Compliant (no issues identified), Advisory (potential issues requiring attention), or Action Required (significant issues likely to cause refusal). The report includes specific instructions on what to address before submitting your application. Reports are delivered via email within 2 working days of receiving your complete documents (excluding weekends and public holidays), or faster with Priority (12 hours) or Super Priority (3 hours) turnaround.
You agree to: provide accurate and complete information, upload genuine documents (not forged, altered, or fabricated), disclose all relevant information including previous visa refusals, overstays, or immigration violations, and use the service only for lawful visa applications. If you provide false or incomplete information, our audit cannot be accurate and our money back guarantee will not apply. Providing forged documents is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions and we will terminate the service immediately if we suspect fraud.
Prices are as listed on accuratevisa.com at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via Razorpay. Indian residents pay in INR. All other customers pay in USD via Razorpay International (international cards accepted). Each audit fee includes a non refundable processing fee ($5 for Essential and Professional tiers, $10 for Premium, $15 for Reapplication). The processing fee covers payment gateway charges and operational costs and is not refundable under any circumstances, including under our money back guarantee.
Optional Priority ($49 / INR 3,999, 12 hour turnaround) and Super Priority ($99 / INR 7,999, 3 hour turnaround) surcharges are available. Priority surcharges are non refundable under any circumstances, including under the money back guarantee. Super Priority is subject to solicitor availability.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (for UK consumers) and equivalent consumer protection laws in other jurisdictions, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase for a full refund, without giving any reason.
However, if you upload your documents and request that we begin the audit review before the 14 day period expires, you acknowledge that the service will be considered fully performed once the review begins (status changed to "Under Review"). At that point, you lose the right to cancel under these regulations, because the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.
To exercise your right to cancel within the 14 day period (before review has begun), email customer@accuratevisa.com with your case reference number. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, to your original payment method.
Our guarantee is detailed separately in our Guarantee Terms. In summary: if your visa application is refused for a reason that our audit report assessed as "Compliant", we refund your base audit fee (excluding the non refundable processing fee and any priority surcharges). The guarantee is subject to specific conditions and exclusions set out in the Guarantee Terms.
Our audit is based on the information and documents you provide. We cannot audit information you do not disclose. We assess your application against published immigration rules and known refusal patterns as of the date of the audit. We cannot predict: changes in immigration policy after the audit date, how a specific visa officer will exercise discretionary judgment, the outcome of a visa interview, or factors outside the application itself (such as geopolitical events affecting visa processing). Our report is professional advice, not a guarantee of outcome. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant immigration authority.
Your documents remain your property. Our audit reports, methodology, AI screening processes, and website content are the intellectual property of P&Y Law Offices. You may use our report for your personal visa application purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our reports or methodology.
Our total liability to you in connection with any audit is limited to the total amount you paid for that audit (including processing fees and priority surcharges). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed flights, lost employment opportunities, accommodation costs, or emotional distress, except to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law (including, for UK consumers, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver the audit caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet or infrastructure outages, or disruption to third party services (including payment processors, cloud hosting, and AI services). Where a force majeure event prevents delivery, we will inform you promptly and offer either a delayed delivery or a full refund at your choice.
We aim to resolve disputes informally first. Contact customer@accuratevisa.com with any complaints. If we cannot resolve the matter informally within 14 days, the dispute shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, except where you have mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction that override this provision.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, nothing in this clause restricts your right to bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the right to refer complaints to your local consumer dispute resolution body.
Santosh Pandey's practice as a Solicitor of England & Wales is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA number 641612). His practice as an Advocate of India is subject to the Bar Council of India rules. If you have a complaint about professional conduct, you may raise it with the relevant regulatory body. For a full description of our complaints procedure, see our complaints page.
We may amend these terms from time to time. Amendments do not apply retroactively to audits already purchased. The current version will always be available at accuratevisa.com/terms.
